First Degree Fitness Europe is Europe, Middle East and Africa distributor and service centre for Fluid Rowers, Upperbody Ergometers and MX Select. Our goal is to offer our customers perfectly tailored service support- and sparepart availibility. For a general service request please press here.

First Degree Fitness has service documents available for all Fluidrower Ergometers. For each model you will find the Brochure, Manual, Warranty sheet and Exploded diagram. All spareparts are available in our webshop. For other inquiries, email to: service@fluidrower.eu  Please refer to the article numbers when ordering. In case of spareparts under warranty: Always include serialnumber and invoice (date) in your request.
